The list is too long to describe all that he did and did not do... Not only does he *not* do the job he describes when he estimates, (according to half a dozen others who have hired him in the past and whom I have spoken to since he ravaged my own home), but he leaves a disaster in his wake that will cost you even more to put right. Be warned.
